Fire Department, DPW News on Council Agenda

Preliminary agenda for the Tuesday, Nov. 27 agenda is available.

 

According to the preliminary agenda for the Tuesday, Nov. 27 Hasbrouck Heights Council meeting, there may b e some updates from the volunteer fire department as the officers for 2013 are expected to be announced.

A public hearing on a bond ordinance that would fund equipment and gear for the fire department is on schedule for Tuesday night.

Also a new ordinance is on introduction that would grant tenure to  DPW Superintendent Bill Spindler.

The council is expected to accept the resignation of David Roche from the Hasbrouck Heights Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Council members are expected to provide reports from borough departments and Mayor Rose Heck will present her monthly report.

See the attached PDF file to see the draft of the agenda for the Nov. 27 meeting. Items listed on the agenda could be removed or added before the meeting which is set for 8 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 27 n council chambers at Borough Hall.

It takes a snow storm to have leaves picked up from my street my guess is that where the politicians live leaves have been picked up several times already so as long as they are happy then tenure should be granted.
