Members of the Hasbrouck Heights community joined post members of the American Legion Post 106 and Veterans of Foreign Post 4591 Sunday morning to remember those who fought for our country's freedom with a brief ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park.
Michael Cahill, commander of the American Legion post led those in attendance in a moment of silence to remember those who the fallen veterans. Mayor Rose Heck, Councilman Russell Lipari and Councilwoman Pamela Link were in attendance.
