Votes cost $1 each and the proceeds will benefit the Seeing Eye, a program that provides a lifetime of companionship and guidance to visually impaired men and women. Votes will be tallied and the winner will be contacted by phone.
The winner will receive a $50 savings bond and the photo may be featured in the local news.
