The sounds of blaring sirens and cheers of Merry Christmas could be heard through out the neigborhoods of Hasbrouck Heights as Santa Claus was pulled by his deer and accompanied by his entourage of firefighters Sunday afternoon.

As Santa's sled made its way through the streets Santa could be seen sitting in his sled waving at children as he cheerfully shouted "Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!"

Santa made occasional stops along his route, jumping from his sled greeting children of all ages. Santa's two elves helped him pass out candy canes to children. Kids of all ages were excited to see Santa and some presented him with thier Christmas while they posed for photos with him.
