It's the old fire horn, probably located on Kipp Avenue behind a house.

I loved that horn. In the late 40's and 50's I'd wait in bed for 5 blasts and know there was no school that day. Ah! What a wonderful feeling.

Thanks for all the submissions! Great big shout out to Corrine - you are correct. It is on Williams Avenue near Burton. It is right between two homes on the north side of Williams. It is believed to be the last one standing.
