Spencer Savings Bank Names John S. Pancetti as New Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer

Spencer Savings Bank, a community bank headquartered in Elmwood Park, N.J., announces the hiring of John S. Pancetti as Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer. In his new role, Pancetti will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing commercial real estate business with clients and prospects, while achieving maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services.

Prior to joining Spencer Savings Bank, Pancetti served as Vice President and Relationship Manager for The Provident Bank in Iselin, N.J., where he generated, evaluated and managed a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate loans. He also served as Director of Prudential Huntoon Paige, an affiliate of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in Edison, N.J., and Vice President / Relationship Manager for HSBC in New York, N.Y.

Pancetti holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Wagner College and completed a diploma program in Real Estate and Investment Analysis at New York University.
