The parade, presented by the Chamber of Commerce, begins around 7 p.m. starting at Williams Avenue and proceeding up to the traffic circle where the tree lighting will take place. As per the police department, the Boulevard will be closed from Williams Avenue up to Springfield Avenue starting at 6 p.m.

Once again various borough organizations will take part in the parade along with the high school marching band and cheerleaders. The children marching in the parade will be given glowstick necklaces. The procession will lead up to the traffic circle for the tree lighting ceremony sponsored by the Mayor’s Celebration Committee. Carols will be sung and all are invited to for refreshments.
