Fujikin of America Leases 2,100 Square Feet in Heights Plaza

A global manufacturer of valves for the semiconductor industry is moving to Hasbrouck Heights from Little Ferry.

A global manufacturer of high-purity valves for the semiconductor industry is coming to Hasbrouck Heights. 

Fujikin of America has leased 2,100 sq. ft. of office space at Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights. They will soon be moving into the six-floor, 200,000 sq. ft. office tower from their current headquarters in Little Ferry.

The company leased both the Hasbrouck Heights and Little Ferry spaces from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which is itself located in Hackensack.

According to Sanzari Vice President Frank C. Pratt, the firm no longer needed the warehouse facilities in the Little Ferry location, but still wanted to maintain offices and a presence in the state. 

Bergen County offered convenience to major roadways and access to New York City, Pratt said in a release.

Headquartered in Santa Clara, Calif., Fujikin of America is a leader in the manufacture of fluid and gas automatic control equipment, specialized control units, and ultra-high purity valves and fittings. Founded in 1930, the company’s products are used throughout the semiconductor, aerospace, industrial and biopharmaceutical industries.
