Cresa NJ – North/Central Earns Three Teddy Awards for Production in 2013

Rutherford, NJ, June 4th, 2014 – Cresa NJ – North/Central, part of Cresa LLC, the largest tenant representation firm in the world, has announced that three New Jersey-based advisors are winners of its Teddy Trophy, given to top producers throughout the organization at the company’s annual spring conference, held this year in Los Angeles.

The Teddy Trophy is named for two great “Teddys” in history – President Teddy Roosevelt, and the great Boston Red Sox player Ted Williams, the last man to have a batting average above .400.  Cresa transaction managers and project managers draw inspiration from the success of these two iconic American leaders and thus the award was so christened.

Winners of the 2013 Teddy Award in New Jersey include Managing Principals Thomas V. Giannone and Ronald J.
