There were lil’ pumpkins, princesses, super heroes, and tons of other creative and cute youngsters making their way up the Boulevard in the annual Hasbrouck Heights Ragamuffin parade Saturday afternoon. Dozens and dozens of families brought their little ones out dressed in their Halloween costumes to take part in the annual event which concluded with a party celebration at Borough Hall.
