Some of the campers in the recreation department summer playground program are headed to Six Flags Great Adventure today. Moms and Dads can keep up with summer camp activities by following the Recreation Department on Facebook and Twitter @HHREC.
The summer storytime program for the little ones is in full swing and the program is filled to capacity. For those registered there is preschool storytime from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. for kids 2 1/2 to 6 and Dream Big Storytime for kids in grades Kindergarten to second.
The has games, cards and coffee at 10 a.m, mahjong at 11 a.m. and senior yoga with John at 2 p.m. The senior lounge is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Registration for the author of "Freaky Friday" this July 13 is still open. She will be on hand at 3 p.m. to read from the book she wrote which is celebrating its 40th anniversary and will be available to sign books. Following a reception screenings of both the original and remake of the film will be shown.
