Youngsters Awarded for Artistic and Green Efforts

Eight youngsters were honored by the mayor and council Tuesday for winning first place in this year's environmental poster contest. All the winning poster winners were presented with a certifcate and a flower pot from John Kosakowski, owner of Bill O'Shea's Florist. 

This year the winning posters will be featured on a calendar which the borough will distribute at Town Day this fall.

winners are: Isabella Hernandez, Kindergarten and Melanie Morena, second grade.

winners are: Noah Gallagher and Paige McGuire, both in second grade; Madison Murray, third grade and Thomas Murray, fourth grade.
