The Hasbrouck Heights Public Library will host a Halloween-themed craft events for teens and adults on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 3 p.m.
Both teens and adults can work together to make bewitching witch hates. The crafting starts 3 and ends at 4:30 p.m.
