The Hasbrouck Heights Learning Center of the Children's Dyslexia Centers of New Jersey is preparing for its third annual Harvest Moon Charity Ball next month.
This year's event, which benefits the learning center, will be held at Season's in Washington Township on Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
The Hasbrouck Heights Learning Center is one of several Children's Dyslexia Centers in the state sponsored by the Scottish Rite Masons. This year's gala will honor past Scottish Rite Deputy for New Jersey, Verdon R. Skipper.
The learning center, located on the corner of Division and Burton, offers free one-on-one multi-sensory tutoring to children with learning disabilities.
The gala event is black tie optional. Cocktail hour, open bar and dinner will be served. See the attached flyer for more details.
Seats must be reserved. Call Barbara and Kyle Nurge at 201-440-9425 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
