The Bergen County Animal Shelter located in Teterboro always has great animals in their care available for adoption Tuesday to Sunday each week.
Meet Kilo (ID*88279) a large, male pit bull terrier who needs a responsible and understanding home as this poor dog has been shuffled from home to home and has become a bit lost and will need some time to adjust on his own terms. At 4 years old, this handsome pit bull will need a confident leader who can show him the ropes and give him a reason to love again. Everyone deserves a second chance, that is all this sweet soul is asking for. Kilo has become one of the volunteer favorites.
Also meet Caitlan (ID#89742). This petite lady was abandoned outside the shelter near term in her pregnancy. She gave birth to four kittens here and now is ready for her own home. Caitlan is about 1-2 years old.
And meet Jace (ID#5244) a 7-year old pit bull terrier who was brought to the shelter because his owners were moving and could not take him a long. This silly fella still has a lot of life and love to give and needs a family who will give him that chance. Playful and vivacious, this dude still has a lot of energy and will need an active household who can provide him with plenty of physical and mental stimulation.
