Strange Odor Reported from Office Building on Boulevard
The Fire department and PSE&G are currently on scene to investigate a reported chemical odor
An office building on the Boulevard is currently being searched by the Hasbrouck Heights Fire Department and PSE&G for a reported chemical odor stemming from the home of the The Gazette Newspaper and Oradell Veterinary Group of Hasbrouck Heights.
"The source of the odor is currently being investigated," Hasbrouck Heights Police Sgt. Nicholas Sisto said. "They believe it is solvent based and not natural gas."
Crew from the Heights FD and PSE&G arrived on scene shortly after 12pm for a potential chemical odor in the commericial building. According to Sisto, the matter is under investigation while officials search for the source.
