School's Out Fun Planned for Winter Recess

Hasbrouck Heights Public Library once again has programs planned for the kids while school is on winter recess next week.

Looking for something for the kids to do next week while school is on winter break?

The Hasbrouck Heights Public Library is offering it's "School's Out Fun" programs once again for children in grades K-6 which include a movie screening and a dance contest.

On Thursday, Feb. 21 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. the library will screen the movie "Frankenweenie" (Rated PG), a Disney film created by Tim Burton. After unexpectedly losing his beloved dog Sparky, young Victor harnesses the power of science to bring his best friend back to life - with just a few minor adjustments.

On Friday, Feb. 22 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. kids can take part in a fun and friendly Just Dance 4 Wii competition.

Registration for these programs is required and can be done in person, online, or by calling 201-288-0485.
