Families huddled together on to watch the borough’s annual fireworks display, presented by the Lions Club, in celebration of Independence Day on Monday night.
Before dark set in, kids were able to take part in numerous activities like a bounce house and a dunk tank. Others played games on the field.
The celebration began with a welcome from Mayor Rose Heck and County Executive Kathleen Donovan and local singer Florianna Heun sang the “Star Spangled Banner.”
