Clothing Drive Benefit for Heights Food Pantry

Chic Charity Club also collects for Alex's Lemonade Stand

The Chic Charity Club will collect gently used clothing on Saturday, June from 9 a.m. to 2 pm. at the Central Avenue parking lot.

The club is working with A&E Clothing Company and will receive a donation for the poundage of clothing collected which will be given to the Hasbrouck Heights Food Pantry. This is the third year the club is conducting this clothing drive to help the food pantry.

The group is also collecting shoes (bagged separately), purses, backpacks, briefcase, belts, hats and gloves, toys such as stuffed animals and rag dolls as well as household items like blankets, bedspreads, comforters, sheets, pillows, table clothes and kitchen and bathroom accessories.

Items should be placed in well-tied plastic garbage bags, hard toys should be placed in bloxes.
