Disappointing with paperwork. I received incorrect information on death certificates dated 9/20/2011 and still have not heard from them about correcting errors as of 10/31/2011. Causing me finanicial problems as well as stress. They did very well on flying my husband's body back to Virginia by 09/11/2011. He died in a hospital in PA on 0/08/2011.
