The spirit of the holidays has been known to inspire many to want to reach out to others and perhaps give back with whatever time they can afford to spend. Committing to helping others can also be a New Year's Resolution for some looking to add something rewarding to their lives. Volunteering opportunities and other ways to lend a hand via donations exist all over the area, right here in Heights and also in surrounding communities. Patch has identified multiple opportunities residents can get involved with during their spare time or all year long.
