About Chris

After the events of 9/11, Chris Peters was compelled to take her love of photography seriously. She attended Montclair State University and graduated in 2007, receiving her BA in Photography and Anthropology. After graduation, she was the staff photographer for The Ridgewood News along with 10 other weekly newspapers owned by North Jersey Media Group. She loves to cover all aspects of local news with her camera by being a freelance photographer for Patch.

Chris has  also exhibited her art photos at The Stable in Ridgewood, the Saddle River Valley Cultural Center in Upper Saddle River and was an award winner at the Ringwood Manor Art Association Exhibit. Her next photo exhibit will be in December 2011, along with watercolor artist Bonnie Heilman, at the Meadowlands Envrionmental Center in Lyndhurst.

Chris has lived in Bergen County her entire life.

Hello Chris,

I want to fight to preserve the house in Paramus. This is pathetic to allow someone wipe it out for a buck. Do you know of any other ways to truly fight? Seems as if we can not rely on council to do so.. What do you think?
